Upon a serious emergency situation such as natural disaster, people quickly try to call their friends and family with the software they use every day. On other hand, also tend participate volunteer for rescue purposes. It is unlikely impractical these download learn an application specially designed aid processes. In this work, we investigate feasibility of including bots, which provide mechanism get inside that daily, develop applications be used by victims volunteers during stressful situations. situations, it necessary achieve efficiency, scalability, fault tolerance, elasticity, mobility between data centers. We evaluate three bot-based applications. The first one, named Jayma, sends information about affected disaster network contacts. second application, Ayni, manages assigns tasks volunteers. third Rimay registers campaigns tasks. are built using common practice distributed architecture design. Most components forming from existing public domain software, some even consumed external service in case Telegram. Moreover, executed on commodity hardware usually available universities. detect critical tasks, bottlenecks, most resource. Results show Ayni saturate CPU faster than resources. Meanwhile, RAM memory tends reach highest utilization level Jayma application.
